With your own key, every AI feature is free and unlimited in Hirelit, and it never spends a credit. You pay your provider for what you use, under your agreement with them.
Get a key
- Claude: create one in the Claude Console under API keys. It needs credit on the account.
- Gemini: create one in Google AI Studio. Turn on billing for the paid tier, which Google does not train on.
- OpenAI: create one on the OpenAI platform. A ChatGPT subscription does not include API credit.
- OpenRouter: create one in your OpenRouter account.
Add it
- Open Settings > Your AI in Hirelit.
- Choose the provider, paste the key and pick a model (a recommended one is preselected).
- Save. The key is checked, encrypted, and never shown again.
To remove it, open the same page and choose Remove the key. Without a key, your plan's monthly credits on our AI are used instead.
