What a credit is

1 credit is a tenth of a US cent of AI cost, so a plan costs the same whichever model answers. What a credit buys depends on the model. At today's prices:

The rules, plainly

  • Pro renews until you cancel. Cancel any time in Settings; Pro stays until the period ends.
  • No partial refunds for the rest of a period.
  • Monthly credits reset each month and do not roll over. A yearly plan's credit is given monthly too.
  • Payments by Stripe. We never see your card number.
  • Your own AI key always works, on any plan, and never spends a credit.

Pricing questions

Which is cheaper: my own key or Pro?

Your own key costs what your provider charges you, and Hirelit adds nothing on top. Pro is simpler if you would rather not manage a key, and it includes Autopilot and our server's help, which a key alone does not.

What happens when my credits run out?

Nothing is lost. AI features pause until next month, and Hirelit says so where you look. A form being filled keeps every field it could fill and leaves the rest for you. Add your own key, or a credit pack on Pro, to carry on now.

Can I switch between monthly and yearly?

Yes, in Settings under Plan and usage. Monthly credit never stacks: the new plan's month replaces the old one.

Is there a student or regional price?

Not today. Free with your own key is the lowest-cost way to use every AI feature.

Can I pay in the Android app?

Subscribe on the web. In the Android app, plans open in your phone's browser through Stripe and return to the app when you are done.

Do you offer refunds?

Cancel any time and Pro stays until the period ends. There are no partial refunds for the rest of a period. The Terms of Service have the details.
