Control
Will it apply to jobs without me?
Not unless you turn on Autopilot (Pro). Even then it sends only forms where every question is answered and nothing that matters was drafted by AI, waits 10 seconds so you can Undo, and stops for captchas, sign-ins and questions it does not know.
Does it press Submit for me?
On your phone and in your browser, never: you press the employer's own button, and Hirelit records the send. On our server, only under Autopilot's rules.
Will employers know I used it?
The application arrives through the employer's own form, like any other. What you send is your responsibility, so drafted answers are marked for you to check.
Is LinkedIn automation safe?
LinkedIn's User Agreement bans automation tools, and accounts that use them can be restricted. LinkedIn automation has an off switch in Settings; with it off, you apply on LinkedIn yourself with your answers ready to copy.
Where it works
Which sites does it fill?
Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, Workday, iCIMS, SmartRecruiters, Workable and LinkedIn Easy Apply, plus other forms if you switch on Offer on every site in the extension. Where it works has the details.
Is there an iPhone app?
Not yet; it is planned. The web app works in Safari.
AI and pricing
Do I need an AI key?
No. Free includes 200 credits a month on our AI. With your own key, every AI feature is free and unlimited, and it never spends a credit.
Are prices in Canadian dollars?
No. Prices are in US dollars, and taxes are not included. Salaries in job postings are kept in the currency the employer wrote.
Your data
What happens to my resume?
It is stored to score jobs and fill applications. Only the parts a task needs go to the AI provider. We never sell it, use it for ads or train AI on it, and you can download or delete everything in Settings.
Where is my data stored?
In the United States (Fly.io, Ashburn, Virginia). Security and privacy lists every service that handles it.
Can I export or delete my data?
Yes, both, in Settings under Privacy and data.
