You need your resume (a PDF or Word file). Nothing is sent to an employer until you say so.
1. Sign up
Open my.hirelit.app and choose Get started. Sign up with your email address or your Google account.
2. Upload your resume
Hirelit reads your roles, skills and experience from it. The file stays yours: you can download or delete it any time in Settings > Privacy and data.
3. Check what we guessed
You see "Our guess from your resume. Check it.": the roles you want, the places you can work and the lowest pay you would consider. Change anything that is wrong. The questions that matter (your right to work, sponsorship and salary) are never guessed.
4. See today's best fits
Jobs lists postings scored against your resume, each with what fits and what it asks for that your resume does not show. New postings arrive every 4 hours. Save the ones you want.
5. Fill your first application
Install the Android app or the Chrome extension when you want a form filled. Open a saved job, check the answers, and press the employer's Submit yourself.
