Connecting Gmail is optional. With it, replies from employers are matched to the application they answer, and you confirm each one under Replies to confirm on Today.
What it reads and keeps
Hirelit asks Google for read-only access. It looks only at messages from application systems or employers you applied to, never opens attachments, and keeps the subject, sender, date and a short snippet, never the full message. It never sends email from your Gmail.
Connect
- Open Settings > Connected accounts and choose Connect Gmail.
- Sign in with Google and allow read-only access.
- Replies from now on appear under Replies to confirm. Clear emails can update an application on their own, with Undo; interviews and offers always wait for you.
To disconnect, choose Disconnect on the same page. That revokes our access.
